We act for both international and Chinese companies undertaking transactions or projects in China and outside China. We have an international reputation for providing first-class legal advice on dispute resolution for, often complex, international projects in the infrastructure and energy sectors. We are recognised for advising across the full spectrum of corporate M&A transactions including large, cross border international transactions.
